Visitors are most welcome and we would like to make it clear that men are most welcome to play the course. Changing facilities for gentlemen are available and all we ask is that the dress code and etiquette are observed.

we are offering this package again for 2010/11
 

Formby Ladies Golf Club is very rarely closed

for play during the winter months.

 
Vouchers are non-transferable. 

A valid Handicap Certificate must be produced on day of play.      
Open to Ladies and Gentlemen.

 

Can be used on most days, apart from Thursdays and subject,

 of course, to availability of times on any particular day.

 

Tee-times must be pre-booked with the Secretary

(or with the Pro Shop for tee-times booked at the weekend)

Special Conditions

The above prices are valid from 1st April 2010 -31st October 2010
Non-refundable deposit £10 per person required at time of booking.
Payment for above 'packages' to be made to Formby Ladies Golf Club by cheque or cash.
Valid handicap certificate required.

Dress Code
In common with most golf clubs, Formby Ladies operates a strict dress code. Failure to conform with this code will result in refusal of access. Dress must at all times be suitable for the game of golf.

Ladies
Track suits, denim jeans, short shorts/skirts or suntops are not allowed on the course or in the Clubhouse.

Men
Tailored trousers
Shirts with collars or polo necks
Knee length tailored shorts worn with knee length socks or short white sports socks.
Proper golf shoes

Etiquette
Formby Ladies Golf Club aims to provide a links course maintained to a very high standard. Please help us by replacing divots, repairing pitchmarks and using the waste bins for any rubbish.

Please remember when playing the first hole, do not tee off until the green is clear. Do not take your second shot until the second tee is clear.




Hours of opening
1st April – 30th September 8.30am to 6.30pm

1st October – 31st March 8.30am to 4.30pm
